Pilgrims arise
And travel from the plain of desire
To the mount
Of the New Morn.

Pilgrims arise
Setting aside their playthings
And journey to the centre
Of majesty.

Pilgrims arise
Amidst their service to God
And visit the Throne
Of His glory.

Pilgrims arise
In the desert of love
And traverse the sands
To the oasis of paradise.

Pilgrims arise
As the light capsizes
On the sea
Of joyous eternity.

Pilgrims arise
From the winter of sadness
And blossom into
The eternal springtime
Of true salvation.
