Peter Gyulay (pronounced Joo-lay) grew up in Newcastle, Australia, and now lives in Sydney. Since 2005 he has worked as an English language teacher with an interest in engaging students in critical reflection and promoting intercultural communication. He is passionate about sustainable living, peacebuilding and the deeper aspects of life. Peter has been on a plant-based diet since 2000, living without a car since 2014 and is always looking for new ways to live a more eco-friendly life. He joined the Bahai Faith in 2003 and has participated in its administrative, educational and community-building activities.
